You benefit from a 14-day withdrawal period. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund but we can offer you an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. (not washed, no signs of wear or damage) including the original tag and packaging if applicable, within the limits of fitting and handling necessary to try on the items.            

Attention: No returns are possible on gift vouchers

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your carte credit account or your original method of payment, within 15 days.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again. Then contact the issuing entity of your carte credit card, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing delay before a refund is posted. If after completing all these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us at bonjour@ohmybag.com.


SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only items at prix regular price can be refunded. Unfortunately, promotional or sale items are not refundable.


EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We replace an item only if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at bonjour@ohmybag.com and send us your item to: Oh My Bag, 5 bis, chemin de la Hutte, 95450 Seraincourt, France.


GIFTS

If the returned item was identified as a cadeau at the time of purchase and was sent to you directly, you will receive a cadeau credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a cadeau check will be sent to you by mail.

If the item was not identified as a cadeau at the time of purchase, or if the donor of the cadeau preferred to receive the item first to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the donor of cadeau and they will know that you have returned the item.



HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?

This return or exchange procedure only applies to returns within the withdrawal period. For after-sales service requests, please contact us directly by email or phone.

If, after receiving your order, you wish to return an item:

- you have 30 days to exchange the received item
- you have the option to request a refund within 14 days either in the form of a voucher or to the payment method used for your order

If you wish to return multiple items, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

To process your return as quickly as possible, here are the procedures to follow to pack the item(s) you wish to send back.

- Close all zippers and make sure the removable shoulder strap is placed back in the bag (as originally, if a shoulder strap was present)
- Protect the item by putting it back in its original plastic or cover
- Replace the padding as it was upon receipt if the product had padding
- Put the item(s) in packaging capable of withstanding the return shipping (if the box or envelope in which you received the item(s) is damaged, change the packaging)
- Include the invoice or delivery note, specifying the reason for your return. If you do not have these documents, please indicate your name and order number on a separate sheet of paper.

If these procedures are not followed, OH MY BAG reserves the right to refuse the refund. Fees related to processing costs may be charged and return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
