To create your customer account, go to the person icon located at the top right of the homepage. Enter your personal information in the requested champs. To finalize the creation, check the boxes « message regarding customer data privacy » and « I accept the general terms and privacy policy ».

To recover your password, go to the login page of your account and click on « forgot password? ». By entering the email address associated with your account, you will receive a link allowing you to reset your password.

You can pay by carte card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Paypal, bank transfer, check or by carte cadeau Oh My Bag.
Note that only payments by carte card, Paypal and carte cadeau are immediate. In the case of payment by bank transfer or check, an additional delay applies, corresponding to the receipt of payment.

Colissimo (delivery 48-72h after shipment)
Chronopost Express to home or Point Relay (delivery 24h after shipment - note, not all our bags are eligible for express delivery)
Mondial Relay - LOCKER relay (Delivery 4 days after shipment) Return shipping costs, within 14 days after receipt of the order, are free.
For DOM-TOM, Europe and international:
La Poste (delivery within 3 to 10 days depending on zones)
Mondial Relay in European countries that offer this service
Return shipping costs are charged.

My bag does not suit me, can I return it?
You have a period of 30 days from the receipt of your order to exchange the item and 14 days to request a refund. This can be made in the form of a voucher or directly on the payment method used during your order.
- Close all zippers and make sure the removable shoulder strap is placed back in the bag (as originally, if a shoulder strap was present)
- Protect the item by putting it back in its original plastic or cover
- Return the padding as received if the product had padding
- Put the item(s) in packaging able to withstand the return (if the box or envelope in which you received the item(s) is damaged, change the packaging)
- Attach the invoice or delivery note, specifying the reason for your return. If you do not have these documents, please indicate your name and order number on a separate sheet.
The invoice or delivery note must be attached to the package indicating the reason for the return. In the absence of these documents, your full contact details as well as the order number must be indicated on a separate sheet.
If these conditions are not met, OH MY BAG reserves the right to refuse the refund. Fees related to processing costs may be charged and the reshipping costs will remain the responsibility of the customer. Tout worn or damaged product cannot be refunded.
