OVERVIEW 

To ensure that your package is delivered correctly and that you receive it within the timeframes we announce, please make sure your address is correctly entered and that elle includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of abbreviations, street numbers, correct building or apartment numbers, and routing information (if applicable) is essential to ensure timely delivery. We assume no responsibility for lost, misplaced, or misdelivered shipments if the address provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. 

 

PROCESSING TIME 

All orders are subject to a separate processing time, excluding the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our processing center by the carrier. The processing and shipping time for orders is 1 to 2 business days. After the packages are shipped, they are generally delivered within 24 to 48 heures depending on the destination. The average delivery time once your order is confirmed is 4 to 5 days. 

 

Please note that orders may take 16 to 25 business days for France from the shipping date and 20 to 30 business days worldwide, not necessarily from the date they were placed, depending on the final destination of the order. 

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. You also have the option to track the status of your order on our website under the "TRACK MY PACKAGE" section. 

 

SHIPPING FEES 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse a package, you will be responsible for the original shipping fees, plus the return shipping costs to our warehouses. This amount will be deducted from the tout credit issued. 

 

DELIVERY DECLARATIONS 

If you notice non-delivery or if the tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, you must contact us within 7 days to make a claim. We will open a dispute with the carrier.
In the case of packages delivered against signature, no claim for non-delivery or damage will be accepted 

 

OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS 

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of these items is out of stock: we will contact you and ship the rest of your order. Depending on your choice, the remainder will be shipped later.
Please note that it is possible to receive multiple packages for a single order if it consists of several items.
