What is a vegan bag made of?
The word vegan tells you what a bag doesn't contain, not what it does. There are two main families. Synthetic materials imitate leather: this is faux leather, most often made from polyurethane. Textiles and fibers, like canvas, cotton, velvet or straw, have a look of their own and don't try to resemble leather. These are mostly what you'll find here.

If avoiding animal materials matters most to you, stick with canvas, cotton, velvet or straw.
