Even the construction of the bag becomes a playground. Among the newest signals of fall 2026 is the cinched bag, nipped in at the center like a wasp waist. Volume becomes sculpture, gussets take shape, sides pleat, buckles and belts reshape the material. The bag is no longer just a container: it becomes a small piece of architecture worn on the arm.

On the shoulder, close to the body, to recapture that effortless attitude of the 1990s and 2000s. Crossbody, when the day calls for free hands.
